Task

Susan Elkin is an education journalist, author and former secondary teacher of English. She was Education and Training Editor at The Stage from 2005 – 2016, Susan was looking for a modern site with strong usability and aesthetics to engage with her readers.

The project

What we did

We designed Susan a modern trendy website with easy navigation so viewers can find the articles and reviews they are looking for, we also created a visually appealing site with strong but subtle aesthetic details.

With the incorporation of an Amazon button on certain books visitors to the site can purchase Susan’s books through Amazon.

A blowing element was also added to the site so that Susan would be able to keep her reader up to date with the latest news and book releases, full training on how to edit elements of the site and how to upload blog posts was given along with an instruction booklet developed by webmonkeystudio.
